They paid shares @ $.001 for $40,000.00 worth of advertising and info management .. to get the word out.

so ....

Was a hard sell to get someone to take it on ... ( seems unlikely )
If it is a way over the top of industry standard could be a way to pump and dump
It was not a factor in cost, as this is clearly hard to pass up and if test is good will continue to rise ..

Someone is continuing the expendeture as $40k does not buy spots on Fox news
