Agree...

The OS includes restricted, insider and my understanding is the dividend comes from this and currently is shown in the OS totals.

Mgt also claims to reduce the OS as well....so rather than any increased we will see a reduction.

The dividend may have some time restrictions, and also goes to knowledgeable friendly KGKG investors who know that both companies are growing fast.

I suspect more news coming from both sides
