Unless there's more money coming our way, we'd hit that number.
Best thing we can hope for is that the company isn't closing its doors. If that's true, we should see much more money flowing our way.

Otherwise, the company would continue business as normal, which would give the company a value of about .009 (pps before news originally broke). Therefore, with the sale, I'd see value of about 0.010-0.015.
Again that's only true if the above situation comes true. I feel that this is more likely.

Even so, damage to reputation has been done. I think the above pps will suffer from this damage, and might hold to the 0.005-0.010 region. Afterward, it's up to technicals what pattern emerges afterward.
