HWAL..the gift that keeps on "taking"

Why? Because life long serial scammer Roxanna Green-Weber has her claws in it. It's built almost entirely on her bogus "music library" fairy tale which constitutes 98% of the (cough cough) "assets" of this pos. The rest is all just more hype and hooplah.

Wake up and drink the Kool Aid or live with the consequences. Don't believe me. Just ask the hundreds of bag holders in her...

Funny that in December 2012 she listed her "Non-exclusive rights to music libraries" at "$40 million" ...about $25 million less than today. These arbitrary valuations go up and down according to what she thinks she can get away with. http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=MPIX&id=99363 THEN 6 MONTHS LATER she issued a "restatement of 2011-2012 saying in part--
Valuation and Impairment of Music Licensing Rights
During 2011, the Company improperly estimated the fair value of 400,000,000 shares of common stock issued as consideration for the music licensing rights and recorded the rights as an intangible asset with an initial carrying value of $40,000,000. During 2013, the Company determined that a proper estimate of the
fair value of the 400,000,000 million shares of common stock issued as consideration for the music licensing rights should be based on the quoted trading price of the Company’s common stock on the date of the licensing agreement, which was May 31, 2011. Accordingly, the Company estimated the fair value of the Music License Rights at $1,600,000. http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=MPIX&id=107939
WHY???? Probably because she needed it valued cheaper at that moment. In the mean time, hundreds of investors had purchased MPIX based on her claim of having an asset worth "$40 Million."

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
