for those who do recognize that NON RETAIL treated (with the SEC's cooperation) the OTC as their $BILLION$
playground for years ..

take 2009 and 2010 .. out of PTOI's *low volume month equation* .. and note the obvious .. as in *recent*

as i've noted for years .. *cracks* were visible for those not CONditioned by rote via CEs (colluding entities)

volume is always *key* .. quality of the tape of daily PTOI trades had to be reviled .. because it clearly showed
what was being done .. and every month (courtesy of Finra) we got to see what Marker Manipulators' *reported*
to Finra .. making a total lie of the *decoys' utilized* by rote on l2 .. to say nothing of pointing out VNDM's *bogusness*
in total @ their totally abusive/elastic ask @ 051 and ARCA always being tasked with ATS DARK POOL *reporting*

patterns much .. ;)

elastic = abusive
hidden = reset

and P2O's first sale (and/or ancillary material events) will make volume and PPS *UP* undertaken by some others'
recent moves UP .. in my portfolio .. look like a flat line ..

know how the rigged game is played against any targeted stock regardless of where traded .. and SURVIVORs' make $$$$

the crooks lose it .. :)
