The problem as we spoke of before is when they post anonymously under another Avatar or screen name , and they don't disclose that they are officers insiders or contracted through companies like Source Capital to promote or help the company with its capital markets or other.

Full disclosure is full disclosure and that's why most Investment Banking firms have internal policies against agents posting on message boards anonymously or otherwise.
