Please lay out your math...I don't think you are getting this correct. Warrants are currently priced at 1.25 and 1.40.....this gives the buyer the right to purchase a share (anytime over the next five year) at 4.15 (believe this was the strike price)....so if you bought a warrant today, you would and immediately converted, you would pay 4.15(strike price)+1.40(warrant price) to then turn around and sell at 3.54...does not make a whole lot of sense....

Please lay out your math, as I think you are way off...
