I love going to Yankee games but have to leave 4 - 5 hours ahead of time to allow for traffic and food before the game. When the game ends, because of traffic it takes me 4 hours to get home.

When a game ends at Fenway we can be home in 2 hours, but the area is so terrific we always hang around.

But because the major league games are so crazy expensive, we only go once a year. Instead we go to the Double A minor league affiliate of the Colorado Rockies. This year those games will be played in a brand new stadium in downtown Hartford CT. That's 15 minutes from home, and surrounded by restaurants, and some in walking distance serve Jefferson's.
