What do you already know?

BRWC defaulted on its $ 900,000 mortgage
and there is a Lawsuit pending against Boreal
to pay off the mortgage - which would mean the
sale of BRWC if Francine can not obtain a loan.

There are 2 other smaller lawsuits for monies
owed.

IMO BRWC should be in bankruptcy protection by
now but Francine is so terrified of a TRUSTEE taking
control and AUDITS.
