I've used the torch technique before but they come back to quickly.
until I come up with better solution probably have to continue that.

Some of the ones I've seen of mixtures used on youtube I notice it's quite a hot day out I think that has a lot to do with it cause I've done recipes before and results were terrible but also noted not very hot that day.
