Cruise was great...blue ocean..blue sky...80 every day..even girlfriend tolerable. Ignored market for a week...a vacation in itself...but see Trump rally intact. BDIC went .30-.40 Now for some DD on BDIC. Today I will call the service vendor in Portland, OR...pose as a prospective customer and ask some prepared questions. Mostly focused on the reliability of the device. If Wainer wants to wholesale "flip" current restricted drivers over to BDIC the company has to stand out against the competition. Keep in mind that most restricted drivers are first time DUI offenders who are restricted to interlocks for 6 months to a year...so whatever device they go with will be the one they keep for that time due to costs and hassle of de-install and reinstall of different device. WA did a study which showed that: 20% of restricted drivers only started their vehicle 0-10 times a month..which means they had second vehicle they were driving around in. 20% tried to circumvent their interlock (dumb move) and over half blew hot tests at startup. I've never blown a hot test or tried to circumvent...and blow 100's of tests per month. But the study showed why the regulations are so tight. Chronic drinkers are trying to outsmart their devices or drive while buzzed. Hence the cameras and GPS. Will report to you all what I discover about real life use of BDIC devise, it's reliability when driving and pricing..which is important if they mean to achieve market share.
