Cannabrands AG: Cannabrands and Greengro Technologies agree to set up a joint venture - construction of a franchise system planned in Germany
Salzburg (pta042 / Oct 11, 2016 / 17:30) - The company has today signed a contract with the company Greengro Technologies Inc. based in Anaheim, California to develop a franchise system for the German market.
Within the next 12 months, the opening of a flagship store in Germany is planned, in which specialist personnel equipment is being sold around the increasingly growing form of plant cultivation - hydroponics.
This store is operated by a joint venture under German law established by the contracting parties. As a result, it is intended to establish this model by means of a franchise concept in the German market.
At the same time a "Student Program" is offered to the public. Those interested can go directly to the source of value added, under the guidance of the management of Greengro Technologies, in California courses to deepen their know-how in these forms of construction.
