That is a true statement. I agree, but I there's something about DDCC that makes you wonder. Who knows, maybe one big contract deal, some cash, and filing will come pretty easy. They're probably just riding it out until the can report something g good. Id do the same if I haven't locked down any profit quite yet. All I can say is- High risk, high reward.
