Right on---the effective float is probably more important---IMHO

All these private companies RM'd into one holding company handled by Richard Oravec (whose book I have been reading , again) provides the way for a substantial monetary value to be established for the Chinese folk...operating all these private companies---

This is the only really profitable way for them to get their money from all their work building these companies----

and according to Adam Smith---the invisible hand will be employed and we will all benefit-----BIGGLY!!!!!
