If you recall back in Oct/Nov 2016, M.F. said in an interview one of his goals was to uplist AGTK(I am assuming QB) back to where it was before and to go back to being fully SEC compliant (reporting status). This recent form 5 indicates them preparing for this. OTC QB requirements are very similar to Nasdaq but with much cheaper fees compared to Nasdaq. Need to get out of the pinks at some point imho. AGTK Boom Time!
