exactly...it's the effective float...not to be confused with free tradeable. the effective float is just as significant. dolv has been under heavy accumulation, which was followed by brief short attack that then perpetuated a steady retail selloff by dumb traders who waited till the bottom to bail. all of the shares were absorbed by lots of buyers, including me who increased our positions. now, the deep pockets who drove this baby to .008 last week, are going to run dolv well into pennyland. the key was to replace the weak links with strong hands.
