*Basically it boils down to the fact that if some tiny otc stock would mention that they have a product being tested by a certain gold mining major, their share price would sky rocket & they profit from the use of the major's name.

*This happened awhile ago in the past and why they now have these non-disclosure agreements in place with any company they are involved with regarding testing their product or products.
