If I'm Pfizer, I see 3 million in cash and scratch my head... Why should WE do a partnership that bails them (CTIX) out while we inherit all-the-risk? Smarter to bid for the entire company or compound and see if Leo's calling their bluff??? If nobody else bids then CTIX has no options left...
