Paragon, Creditors Head To Mediation Over New Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, Wilmington (February 21, 2017, 3:33 PM EST) -- Bankrupt oil driller Paragon Offshore plc received a fourth extension of the exclusive period during which it can file a Chapter 11 plan,

after reaching an agreement in Delaware bankruptcy court Tuesday with unsecured creditors to

pursue mediation over the proposed plan.

We need an equity committee to be at the table representing us!
