Obviously, the PPS endorses my previous view that the closing of escrow is no BFD. If anything, the PPS today reacted negatively.

So, revising my incorrect statement, let me say this is an immaterial material event.

There are three stages of truth: "First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident."
This is also true of scams.
