Didn't think it was confusing...4 points on the list...it was #3.:

...this is a "Four-fer" of positive news rolled in one...and trading reflects the good news.

1. Eliminated any issue of having funds for CE
2. Favorable financing terms (acceptable discount/warrants 20% higher and only 1/2 the number of equity issued.
3. MAJOR INSIDE BUYING...as member (singular) of the Board.
4. Payoff of debt with proceeds with significant operating funds remaining for CE/FDA applications

As the mantra goes: "there are many reasons for an insider to sell...but only one reason why they buy!"

#3 should tell everyone the prospects for success.
