Don't recently recall stating that they would not report, I do recall saying I don't think the website will be back up.

"I am going to assume with the website going down, it will not be coming back online, this also could also be considered a sign that the Shala hydro projects are finally terminated."

But I will give you my thoughts that the government of Albania will not put out a DCM on the official cancellation of those projects for a long long time,(just my guess).
Therefore PSPW has to say nothing in the filings or to shareholders and this can set in Limbo for many years to come. Big guys and companies never say there wrong they just maneuver in a different direction. They can copy and past filings for a long time that's chump change to them.

I have been told they continue to work with the Government on projects but that source's credibility has become a issue.

I was also told this is an important time for Lobbying for projects in the country,, and it will take that for this project to continue.

As it was said , it is what it is.
