ANALOGY:

A Brain is an intellectual property.
Putting the brain to use can potentially produce revenue.
Selling the rights to one's brain deprives one of producing revenue.
Selling the rights to one's intellectual property leaves another party with all the rights for half the uses and leaves one access to just half the use of a brain.

Don't confuse assets with revenue.

Selling your legs for money doesn't make much sense either.

And to give perpetual rights without any type of performance deadline clause is really stupid.

Where is that 20 million now?

How much of it went immediately to paying off old debts?
About 25 percent the day the deal was inked.
The rest of it went towards paying bloated salaries.

There are three stages of truth: "First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident."
This is also true of scams.
