No argument, I've posted several times, long back, that new investment is critical to getting to fair value. Now, fair value appears to be a distant horizon. The lawsuit is encouraging, as is the audit and stated plans to move to QB.

What does not bolster confidence is why RXMD got involved with Midam in the first place. A quick Google turns up bunches of red flags on that outfit.
