$EMSF 15.8M float confirmed 2/8 received news today, historically news impacts the most on the second day. .02 is the pps and .03 is the next and last resistance until .20 which can happen easily. MM's have been signaling pending news all day long (911) which is in fact true, Merger news is expected any day with 888rideshare.com and just signed a partnership with EpicMed today to license their ems ride platform. .20 by eow imo.
