It depends on what your definition of "real" is. I have no doubt the CEO is a real person, but whether he and the CFO are actively engaged in making money with this company, or they have simply given up hope of culminating a deal since oil is not likely to get back down to where they wanted it to go, are two questions that have not been answered. One would have to think, if there was any deal still active with GE, there would have been some sort of publicity about it, either on the part of EGYH or the part of GE, right? I have not done any DD on this company in quite a while, but I don't know of any mention of them by GE, at all. Feel free to correct me if I am mistaken.
