I assumed you were referencing the number of cd shares issued by Bob Atwell out at the FIFTH decimel, as that was your latest statement of "concern". Whatever the share count was on those issuances, my point is that those shares were monetized 100%. No one holds FIFTH decimel stock. Please feel free to contact our CEO for confirmation.

As to the most recent share issuance as part of the private equity raise to purchase Framepool AG, those shares were purchased at .0002 and are restricted for a period of 12 months. The holders of this equity arent interested in selling at a breakeven or a loss.
