BRSE's private equity investors own their shares at .0002/sh. These shares are restricted for a 12 month period of time and the investors are not invested here to sell at a loss or breakeven. The money they bought their stock with, went directly to BRSE to fund core operations and the Framepool AG acquisition.

As to the 1B+ shares that were issued out to the .0000x (4 zeros and a number) from the Bob Atwell era - , according to Christopher, ALL OF THOSE SHARES have already been monetized. So there are NO holders of 5 decimal shares and there havent been any further cd note offerings conducted in 2015 or 2016 nor are any planned.
