From a legal perspective your comments lack foundation. You must first establish a foundation that there has been no transparency and no progress before you can make claims against these parameters. Clearly you cannot support a foundation for these - the most recent news from ZONX alone contradicts your non-transparency statement.

Why don't you just take a position and join the party with us. Swimming upstream has to be tiring.
