It's all speculation to be honest. Some think higher PPS means a deal is in the works.

I don't pretend to know the reasons they make their internal decisions. Which is why I rarely go long on Bios. Science is what makes me hold this one and watch it all play out.

Can drive yourself crazy thinking about all the what ifs.
