There were a few of us pointing out all of the red flags and questioning Bartons comments, PR's, blogs, etc from the day he took this over. It was obvious to anyone who spent a little time digging that things were not as they seem.

From the inflated real estate deals that never appeared, the exclusive Bon Jovi and Michael Jackson book deals, the IFHR debacle, the penny stock pumper websites, the fuzzy math on the share numbers, the phantom revenue, the fake pro forma ...the list just goes on and on.

Only those who wanted to believe the lies actually did so. Those with any reasonable doubt investigated and came to the conclusion that he and his appointees were just trying to shear the sheep any way they could.

I'm of the opinion that if someone bought into the company lies while ignoring all of the red flags that were raised here then they were not victims of Barton, but of their own actions or lack thereof.
