Jiminy, without over simplification, the business is growing in 2 or more areas.
#1 the clients they already service are growing and expanding.
#2 new clients are numerous and available to sign on.
Those are the most obvious.
New products most likely are in the pipeline.
New industries are certainly available. I am sure they are hard at work in this endeavor.

A few years ago I had an opportunity to speak with MN, at which time he indicated their "platform" is expandable, with the ability to handle many multiples of their current volume.
