Also, the apparent agreement with the SEC is very significant. The fact that they avoided the graveyard is pretty interesting and it is very hopeful (i.e. this gives insight into the information that was shared with the SEC, and that it was supportive of shareholder value). It's pretty rare that something like that is allowed to happen.

What??? By the graveyard - it means they somehow believe they avoided the Greys - the facts are they went to the greys and then they went to the real graveyard - as they were revoked.

Now what is funny that some still believe they have a backdoor deal worked out with the SEC. If that was the case why did Adamson/Veal try desperately to file a Form 15 to deregister their stock so they wouldn't get revoked - hell Veal first filed a Form 15 for the wrong company.

Got to love the the braintrust on the OutterWebs - it is always a good source of entertainment.
