2 million shares a year to CEO

Read the report.. So, each year in 2015 and 2016 what happens ?

A jump in price and " re-tracement"so the shares were pumed and dumed.

2016.. No revenue, price went up re-tracement open market transactions

and selling into the spike equal to over a 1.7 to 2 million salary stock compensation.. As the company has 40,000k in revenue.

The CEO made over 1.7 million , and gets investor relations to push stock so he can UNLOAD...


Go get some meaningful revenue !
