What happened with the HJOE attorney requesting to withdraw because he hasn't been paid - why hasn't HJOE paid the attorney?

Hell Adamson sent the Attorney a worthless stock certificate (it wasn't properly endorsed) in the beginning. See Item 5. https://www.scribd.com/document/339673635/lawyer-withdrawal

Adamson has always had a problem paying what he owes - the list continues:

TCA, Warner Bros., KBM, PLN and Larry the Cable Guy.

If HJOE was making as much money as many claim from the jerky sales - why can't he pay the Attorney $37k plus interest.

What is the problem?
