Very difficult to accept that the folks from the BCSC will be going to court anywhere until there is formal charge from any of the Courts in ChilE,at this juncture it is not known what any charges might be.

Saying in a PR that Chile has accepted the call to these folks is not cutting it at this point.The latest PR has not been published anywhere as far as I know,unless it has and I have no knowledge of it.
If it has let me know.

The formal charges from Chile will need to be clarified before I lay any faith on justice coming our way without these formal charges made clear.

You can be invited to Chile to give your view of the matter is one thing but a court ordered subpoena is a totally different matter.
