This is a perfect example of how LQMT R&D in RSM was going nowhere. Simply none were ever hired to fill the shoes of Johnson, Peker, and Schroers, all colleagues from Caltech and brilliant minds. When they were at LQMT, we had a handful of SBIR and DARPA contracts...

Under Steipp.....eh........not so much in his niche of a niche world.

Now, the question is whether LQMT will ever get any USA funding contracts with the new ownership...or whether Lugee will develop similar projects by himself with China...........

Government and military backing are necessary for further development of the commercialization of liquidmetal.
