You didn't ask me - still, for perspective here's what
I do :


I look at the $0.0001 -- their history, their charts, etc.


Do they keep their web site current ? Are there debts ?
Do they keep some of the required filings current ?


Other considerations also . . .

Then I buy lots of shares at $0.0001


I have 200M shares in various companies and now
I am just waiting.


Lottery tickets with some selection bias that I hope
will pay off.


200M shares times one lousy cent is 2 million cash.

Most of them will never hit a cent, but some will hit
a nickel. .... Won't take many at a nickel to make me
happy.


This takes patience and careful watching for volume
awakenings
