New Plan of Reorg and Disclosure Stmt filed.

Disclosure Filing states that the merger between iTALK and UMS is still effective and iTALK is still the owner of UMS Inc and the debtor.

The sub owned by DEA is out of the picture. A new sub owned by Lee will be the new owner of the debtor. This makes more sense.

Revenues for 2017 revised to 15.9mil
Revenues for 2018 forecasted to 20mil
