I sent one to her on February 7th and received a reply on the 8th. Are you emailing her personal email or the facebook page? She said "a few weeks" (which was what she said in the last PR) means 3 or more and said that things were still going according to plan but wouldn't narrow down a potential news date at all...so 3 "or more" can mean whatever she wants it to i guess. If its not here by this week though, then she is being misleading or careless with her terminology in my opinion.
