I wouldn't be so sure. There are no Newbies here that we know of. This could mean that previous posts have been very useful to some and saved them a lot of disappointment, but we won't know that for sure, but it's very likely!
The main obligation is from the BoD which is to assure their Shareholder's by PUBLIC NOTICE that FLPC has actually got something Tangible which will entice (or should I say 'Lure'), new investor's to take part in their "Restructure" Scam! However, they have NOTHING to show for their TWO YEARS silence on the SEC, so why should people invest in a company that hasn't made any progress that would encourage anyone to think they will make money here.
