Jbog: you know more about this topic than I but I find it hard to believe that this would be possible. The FDA has leverage because and only because they can withhold approval of a drug with high profit potential, and they lose all of it if they allow what you are suggesting to happen.

I find it unlikely this matter is resolved in < 6 months (with the potential to be much longer) and that is why I won't be a buyer on Tuesday unless it bottoms out in the 12's, which I would be shocked to see (but I do expect a 15-20% drop).

PS- your new supportive, calming persona freaks me out. I liked you better when you played the a-hole
