NTEK is an enforcement debtor in two completely separate cases. I'm not sure what some don't understand about companies slapped down by the courts as enforcement debtors, but essentially any new business dealings can be immediately placed under subpoena, thereby forcing both parties to produce all deal documents under oath.

Should NTEK spend a DIME on any deals with anyone prior to settlement and clearing of their enforcement debtor status, the enforcement creditors can actually go after the companies NTEK actually signed a deal with and attempt to get any monies exchanged.

Just let that sink in, and then tell me what major studio with A-list content would be stupid enough to do a deal at this point.
