Pinksheets was updated this weekend 2/18-2/20 2017: OS has increased from 200 MILLION to 2.2 BILLION but the FLOAT remains 187 MILLION as of FEB 15 2017! It appears that some sort of MERGER/ACQUISITION has been completed using RESTRICTED STOCK! This has been a stated goal of TXHD Management, to complete a MERGER with Restricted Stock so as NOT to dilute shareholders.
