I had thought about the quiet period possibility too. it would be great, but I can't seem to let myself be hopeful about it.

As for class action lawsuit, yeah, for what? Just because the share price has dropped? Just because they don't put out a PR every week? Plenty of companies don't put out a PR for every sale. Hell I follow plenty of companies whose ONLY communication is quarterly reports. Oftentimes those are the companies that do the best because they're worried about growing the company, not appeasing impatient shareholders every 5 minutes. Did Virtra purposefully mislead us on anything? No.
