If others have found out some "positive" things I would NOT assume they would share it as they may have many "reasons" not to want to share and I would respect those reasons because they did it themselves and for their own use...

As far as the old vs new shareholders you are "jumping" over way too may potential issues that transpired that would make your argument fall on its face. Things (sequence of events) have to be discovered first before you definitively say that for sure,you agree?
