I'm just talking common sense. At least, as I see it, anyway.

If anyone's already done the lawyer thing, and they were told anything positive I would think they would have posted it. There'd be no reason not to and all the reason TO post it.

Again, no shareholders who purchased AFTER the deal was announced were damaged, therefore, not entitled to any action that could be brought against Verizon. There's just no getting around that.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
