Yes, and that April 1 date. Thanks for reminding everyone about that recent SEC report which amounts to official confirmation that pennies stink to high heaven. Too bad that obscure report's distribution has mostly been to readers of this board. Last I looked, it hadn't been picked up much elsewhere.

I really need to link that SEC file into my signature to help its distribution.
