Description

MagCapture™ microRNA Isolation Kit, Human Ago2 is specifically designed for isolating Ago2-binding microRNA and target mRNA from human cell and tissue samples. It uses anti-human Ago2 monoclonal antibodies immobilized on magnetic beads for an easy immunoprecipitation. The kit can also be used to isolate Ago2-binding microRNA from human serum, plasma or conditioned cell culture medium.

After immunoprecipitation, microRNA purification can be achieved by spin column method providing high-purity micro RNA, or alternatively, by one-step method providing high-yield microRNA.
