wouldn't Sandoz and Momenta's Quality assurance have asked for plant records re: any outstanding deficiencies?
wouldn't their legal have put severe language in their agreement that would have made them come up to code in a timely manner.
I know a lot of these companies self insure...wonder what the limits are? wonder if we can even show cause and effect for loss of revenue?
are there really that few plants that perform this function that they would be compelled to use a plant with a history of deficiencies?
so many questions....doubt we'll get the answer to a tenth of them tomorrow.
